We provide for clients the Payroll Service they want from an 'in-house' Pay Clerk, without the 'in-house' cost.

Businesses with only one, two or three employees cannot afford a full-time or even part-time Wages Clerk, but using payman.co.uk ltd, they have access to their own Payroll Manager as and when required.

In consultation with the client, we operate a system that can provide the client with all the data to cost the labour charges where necessary, or simply to post the costs to the accounts.

As an example, we have a number of clients - many with only one employee - who phone or fax the details of gross pay or hours to us each week or month. Payslips and a cost sheet are produced and returned to the client, either by post or hand. On a week to week or month to month basis, this is all they require.

However there are some clients with multiple cost centres. Some of these use Sage Accounting Systems and in addition to the usual documentation, we produce a Journal in Sage Format, so that they can post the costs into their accounts.

Each client has their own needs, and it is our aim to provide exactly what is required.
