STOP PRESS !! - Charity Fund 2010 - £698.00 raised to date Based in Frome, Somerset, “payman” has been trading as a Ltd company since 1999, having acquired the Payroll Management business of PPP Services which had been set up 10 years earlier by Jim Parsons, following more than 15 years with a multinational corporation. Having observed that even large employers experienced problems implementing ever more legislation affecting Payroll, he decided to make his experience available to small businesses. Jim, the Company Secretary, is a Member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals, (MIPP) and has over 42 years experience with Payroll, Pensions & Personnel. The Payroll Manager, Craig Parsons (Jim's nephew), has been with the business for twelve years, and between them they can offer over 50 years experience of Payroll and related Personnel matters. Due to the growth of PPP Services over the first 10 years, “payman” was incorporated in order to provide additional security for clients. We now process payrolls for around 140 employers, weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly, and monthly. This averages over 300 payrolls each month. These range from sole proprietors with only one employee, through partnerships limited companies and a plc, some with as many as 50 employees. We concentrate on serving the Small Business Sector, plus Small Charities (for whom we provide the full service at special rates). |
